In 2017, I was at a conference, and someone asked me where I went to school. All of my colleagues had advanced degrees, but I had dropped out of high school and then out of college. In 2018, I decided to go back to school. One Purse supported me by providing tuition and educational resources to attend a top-rated university in my state where I also had the opportunity to apply for competitive programs like the Social Science Scholar program. In the summer of 2022, I graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Social Science!! I am now able to proudly say where I went to school, and having a degree is opening up opportunities to me that I could have never dreamed of having before. One Purse was there for me every step of the way!
