Join Our Engagement Team
Join our robust group of women who want to empower other women through their time and talents. Our Engagement Team (E-Team) is a community of volunteers who pray, show up, and serve in practical ways to empower women.
Ways to Participate:
Be part of the Prayer Team: Stand in the gap for survivors, staff, and partner organizations through intentional, ongoing prayer.
Host a purse collection event: Rally your friends, church, workplace, or small group to collect designer purses that help fund our programs and support survivors.
Provide a staff celebration lunch: Encourage and appreciate our team by providing a meal that reminds them they’re seen, valued, and not alone in this work.
Help with registration or tabling at events: Serve at community events by welcoming guests, assisting with registration, or representing our mission at an information table.
Share your unique skills: From administration, design, and social media to hospitality, logistics, or something completely different—tell us how you’d like to help.
Host an Event
Hosting an event is a powerful way to introduce your community to One Purse and help provide survivors with the resources they need to pursue financial independence. No matter the size or format, your event can spark awareness, generosity, and hope.
Ways to Host:
Purse Collection Event: Gather friends, coworkers, or your congregation to donate purses that directly support survivors.
Give-Back Gathering: Turn any existing gathering—book club, brunch, small group, or girls’ night—into a meaningful impact moment.
Partner With Your Organization: Feature One Purse at your conference, meeting, retreat, or community initiative.
