One Purse was recently accepted as a Freedom Business Alliance member. Freedom Business exists to create employment opportunities for survivors of Human Trafficking and those At Risk.
These businesses prioritize creating a healing-centered workplace that supports the holistic development of survivors and upholds the Six Commitments outlined in the Freedom Business Code of Excellence. The movement has grown to include over 110 Freedom Businesses operating in 30 countries, with the goal of providing employment for every person healing from modern slavery and vulnerable to exploitation. The Freedom Business Alliance serves as an industry facilitator, removing barriers to growth and scale that individual businesses may face by connecting players in the Freedom Business ecosystem, coordinating collective action, and setting standards across the movement.
