We are grateful for an invitation to participate in the 9th annual Windermere Wine & Dine, an event created FOR the community to HELP the community!1200 tickets sold in minutes after going on sale this year for an event that boasts 30 premier food establishments preparing food and over 200 different wines being poured; ticket sales fuel the charitable giving of the organization.
This year was a special celebration of reaching $1 million distributed into the community to meet many needs. Because of this milestone, event founder C.T. Allen added another charitable aspect to the event by inviting all guests to bring a pre-loved designer purse to directly impact a survivor of sex trafficking through One Purse. Many purses were collected and purse mailing kits were given out. Nicole Millard, Director of Philanthropy & Communications, shared “The community participation and excitement were inspiring and along with two full boxes of purses collected, we made many new introductions to One Purse!”
