Open Purse, Inc. (“One Purse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a text message program. These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to that program. The program covers our websites at onepurse.org and shoponepurse.com. Both websites belong to Open Purse, Inc. When you join the program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not join the program.2. Types of messages you will get
The program sends marketing and promotional messages. These messages include:- News about our mission, our programs, and the women we serve
- Fundraising appeals and donation requests
- Invitations, announcements, and reminders for our events
- Promotions, sales, new arrivals, and product news from our online shop at shoponepurse.com
- Newsletters and supporter updates
3. How to join the program
You join the program when you give us your express written consent. You can give consent in these ways:- You check the SMS consent box on a form on onepurse.org or shoponepurse.com.
- You give your mobile number and your written consent at one of our events, on paper or on a device.
- You text a keyword to our number.

Message and data rates may apply.
One Purse does not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier can charge you for messages and for data. The charges depend on your plan. Contact your mobile carrier for the details of your plan.

Reply HELP to any message from us for help. We will reply with our contact details and with instructions.

7. How to stop the messages
Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out. You can opt out at any time.
We also accept these words: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT.
After you opt out, we will send you one message to confirm your request. We will then stop the messages to that number.
To join the program again, sign up again on one of our websites, or text START to the same number.
8. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of messages depends on your mobile carrier and on your device. We do not guarantee that you will get every message. Message delivery can fail for reasons that we do not control.
9. Supported carriers
The program works with the major wireless carriers in the United States. Carrier support can change without notice. We are not responsible for a change in carrier support.10. Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. Read it at onepurse.org/privacy.
We will not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the data categories in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent. We do not share that data with any third party.
We share your mobile information only with the service providers that operate the program for us. These providers help us to send the messages. They cannot use your mobile information for their own marketing.
11. Your responsibilities
- Give us an accurate mobile number.
- Tell us when you change your mobile number, or when you stop the use of that number.
- Do not use the program for an unlawful purpose.
12. Changes to these Terms
