The Dream Cycle Series is a video series aimed at developing heart and life skills that inspire participants to embrace a wholehearted journey to their dreams, discovering their beauty and purpose along the way. This curriculum was written by One Purse Founder and CEO, Heather Case, and licensed mental health counselor, Dawn Strobeck, MA, LMHC. It was written with vulnerable women in mind, but provides valuable information and tools for anyone seeking to explore the dreams they have for their life and take steps toward overcoming the obstacles that stand in the way 

This series consists of 18 video modules and an accompanying workbook. The material can be worked through individually or in a small group (either in-person or online). One Purse staff will facilitate online groups from time to time, and we also invite participants who have worked through the material themselves to lead a group through the series.

There is no fee to access any of the materials, but you do need to register in order to get access to the video links and the downloadable workbook. The workbook will be made available in a single download and in individual PDFs for each module so that you can access and print them at your convenience.
